Edgar, from Devoted Construction LLC, exceeded my expectations for value for the money, punctuality, and responsiveness Not only was his bid most price effective, but he also was honest and transparent. After reassessing the situation, he reduced the work and therefore the cost to me by over 60%. He was helping me fix a fence due to a fallen post. The original assessment required replacing 3 post, but he winded the work by fixing just one post. He appeared at 8 AM in the morning and within a few hours, he was done. The work was in WA, and even though I lived far away in CA, I never felt I was missing even a single update due to his consistent communication. I was able to talk to my tenant and neighbors and heard only positive feedback about him and his professionalism. He has my highest recommendations.

My fence was built in the late 80s, and a recent windstorm knocked it over. Safe to say, I was not looking forward to hiring a contractor to replace it, as I had so many factors working against me; bad weather, COVID and a limited budget.

Thankfully, Edgar was the first person I contacted. He was extremely communicative and was able to come out to my house and get a quote the next evening. His pricing was extremely reasonable and his work is high quality. The entire process took less than a week, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Very professional, and I look forward to doing business with him again, as they also offer landscaping services.

Devoted Construction did a great job fixing my fallen fence. They were quick to respond and schedule a date to fix it. They made sure my fence was properly leveled and upright. They cleaned up the work area after completion. I would definitely work with them again.

If you're looking for someone to fix your fence, look no further! Edgar was super responsive, respectful of my schedule, was able to fix my gate perfectly! When I changed my mind about the lock he came back the second day to re-install it. He also provides great advice and solutions based on your budget which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Part of my fence was "bowing" and a panel was off part of the lower post. Devoted was the ONLY estimate that suggested i put in a new post and he could reset the panel. Where other estimates came in at $8000-$12,000 to replace the entire fence, he was able to fix what was already there for <$1500. Professional and honest. Excellent workmanship! Thank you!

Needed part of my fence that was detached & other rotting boards to be replaced but mostly the detached part. Edgar did a great job! I was even happy to see him arriving with a mask & social distancing. He used quality cedar boards as well. Price was fair, too. I would call him again in the future & refer him to family or friends in need of a fence repair or a new fence! Edgar at Devoted Construction was terrific in all regards. Great communication. I nedded a gate installed into the back fence sitting on a hill, which made the job a bit more tricky. Edgar recommended the placement and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The gate looks and works great, is inconspicuous, and blends in with the rest of the fence. I highly recommend Devoted Construction for all fencing-related projects.

I am very pleased with Devoted Construction from start to finish. Edgar responded very quickly to my inquiry and had great communication throughout the project. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me the different woods and styles that were a part of my existing fence. He listened to what i wanted and gave me several options within my budget. He was the only contractor out of several that was willing to do the repair i needed instead of trying to quote me an entire fence rebuid. He began and finished the project right on time. Edgar at Devoted Construction far surpassed my expectations. He came out and gave me a quote the same day i made the inquiry. He was back the next day to do the job and i wasn't charged a penny more than the quote. All his work looks excellent. I would highly recommend Devoted Construction to my own friends and family. He had originally come over to do estimate of my two fence gates. He ended up fixing them right on the spot. Set a post in concrete, replaced broken chewed up pieces of wood. Made them open and close better than they have the whole time we owned the house. Very impressed, would definitely use when we are ready to replace the whole fence.
